Intestinal dysbiosis, particularly that caused by Candida albicans is a common and often difficult to resolve problem.

Stage 1

Candaclear Four contains three types of plant extracts which are uniquely formulated to target dysbiosis throughout the intestine. These are:

• Cinnamaldehydes
• Caprylic acid

Allicin and cinnamaldehydes are absorbed too early and they usually do not reach the large intestine which is one reason large intestinal dysbiosis is very difficult to resolve.

Candaclear Four uniquely provides the solution by incorporating allicin into a prolonged-release tablet which continually releases allicin over an 18 hour period. Candaclear Four also contains caprylic acid, which in it’s free form also is absorbed in the small intestine. However, if presented as the calcium or magnesium salt, it by-passes the small intestine and is split into free caprylic acid and magnesium/calcium ions by the action of the micro flora in the large intestine.

Stage 2

The elimination of the dysbiosis during the first phase of the Candaclear Four treatment provides immediate stimulus to the regeneration of mucosal integrity. To augment this process, CandaclearFour contains both glutamine, as the preferred energy source of mucosal cells of the small intestine, and also n-acetyl glucosamine to provide the “glue” which binds epithelia cells together and helps prevent “leakiness” through the epithelial layer.

Stage 3

An essential part of both the resolution of dysbiosis and also the prevention of its recurrence is the provision of an effective and optimized micro flora.
