Help for restless legs and muscle cramps

Restless leg syndrome and night time muscle cramps can disrupt a good nights sleep.  It is also can be very irritating and painful.  At the Wellness Center a week does not go by without someone asking for help with these issues.
Here are some recommendations that have been very helpful:

  1. Cuprum metallicum 6C:  5 pellets dissolved under tongue 3 times a day as needed.  No food or drink for 2o minutes before and after.
  2. Magnederm topical gel:  Apply to the affected area as needed.
  3. Magnesium Complex: 1 capsule up to 3 times a day as needed.

Magnesium helps the muscles relax and can help with muscle cramping and restless legs.  Apply it topically directed to affected area provides relief with in minutes.  Taking the oral capsule can help address low magnesium levels which can helps resolve the issue.
