Massachusetts Conference for Women

Yesterday, Janelle Ogle and I attended the 10th Annual MA Conference for Women at the BCEC in Boston.  The Conference featured nationally recognized speakers who shared their wisdom and expertise on a wide range of personal and professional development topics.  What an amazing and inspiring event for so many professional women in the workforce.  There were over 10,000 women at the event and it was awesome to be a part of such a great day.

Click Here to see the list of the unbelievable speakers!  We particularly enjoyed hearing from Tory Burch, Lupita Nyong’o and Hillary Rodham Clinton.  All having their own amazing stories of success and words of wisdom for all women.

Hillary Rodham Clinton inspiring thousands of women.

There were many breakout sessions to choose from…and so many pearls from each session.  During the Health and Wellness lectures, we learned strategies for managing and improving physical, mental and emotional well being.  We were excited to learn some new topics to bring back to Johnson Compounding & Wellness, and share these ideas with our co-workers.   One in particular that stuck with us was the ability to find humor everyday.  Laughter truly can be the best medicine, especially for hard-working professionals!
