Thyroid Dysfunction: What you can do to feel better

Here is the recording of Dr Gary Kracoff, who lead a discussion on Thyroid Dysfunction Tuesday March 21, 2017. He discusses the many ways to identify specific imbalances and the relationship between thyroid, adrenal and female hormones. He will review how natural and holistic therapies can be very effective in balancing the body and getting the systems back “in tune”.
Many people are told that their thyroid levels are fine, but they still do not feel “well”. Many times, there may be symptoms that seem like thyroid hormone imbalance, but the true imbalance may be the adrenals or female hormones being out of balance.
Women who experience hot flashes, night sweats, sleep issues, irritability, decreased libido, and/or weight gain, especially around the waistline, need to determine which system or systems are out of balance. These issues are addressed in the lecture.
